ULTRON es OVM has a particle size of 5 μ m and a pore diameter of 120 μ M. the chiral stationary phase is ovalbumin (patent number of chiral stationary phase us: 6027648). Ovalbumin is chemically bonded to the surface of silica gel, which conforms to USP L57. ULTRON es-ovm column packing has a lot of chiral recognition sites, which makes the column suitable for the separation of enantiomers in a wide range, and can be used for trace analysis. It is a special chiral column for clopidogrel bisulfate, and water can be used as mobile phase. According to the national drug standard, es-ovm chromatographic column is used as a special column for the determination of L-amlodipine isomer of benzenesulfonic acid. It can also be used to analyze mixed drugs, pesticides and other organic compounds.
