The ultrasonic cleaner uses the cross frequency signal sent by the ultrasonic generator, which is converted into the cross frequency mechanical vibration through the transducer and transmitted to the medium -- cleaning liquid. The strong ultrasonic radiates to the washed object in the form of dense inter phase in the cleaning liquid, resulting in "cavitation" phenomenon, that is, in the form of "bubble" in the cleaning liquid, resulting in fracture phenomenon.

When the "cavitation" reaches the moment when the surface of the object is broken, it will produce an impact force of far more than 1000 atmospheric pressure, which will cause the dirt in the surface, hole and gap of the object to be dispersed, broken and peeled off, so that the object can be purified and cleaned. It is mainly used for cleaning, degassing, mixing, extracting and cell crushing in small batch in Colleges and universities and scientific research.
